The bench of the High Court comprising Ruhul Kuddus and Justice Bhishma Chakraborty declared the verdict. The
reason for the reduction of the sentence awarded to the lower court in
the sensational murder case is that the concerned people are either
ignorant or neglected in reporting the inquest report or the autopsy
report. Or the prosecution's weak or prosecutor's lawyer failed to present strong evidence. The court did not match the description of the accused and the
description of the witnesses with the description of injuries and
autopsy.In
this regard, lawyer Manzill Murshid told a private television channel
that the verdict of the High Court is not the final verdict. However,
the court felt that the trial did not have any effect on the
investigation due to negligence, the court gave the verdict. If the court believed that due to negligence or negligence, the court
would have the effect, then the court would order the re-examination.The court began the verdict on Sunday in the crowded court to read the verdict. Judge Ruhul Kuddus, senior member of the bench read out a long verdict ranging from one to two hours in the afternoon till 5pm. From the morning the media staff were present in the court premises. In
the verdict, the court said that in the name of student politics they
are involved in extortion, killing, murder and various crimes. Drugs and weapons have been adversely affecting student politics. As a result, at some time students involved in student politics are becoming violent and horrific. Some political leaders are also giving incentive to this. They think that their political identity will be rich in it. If ordinary students do not participate in party programs, they have to be victims of torture. Such incidents have also been found that the teacher was beaten up to avoid duplication in the examination. It is an alarm for student politics. Because they will lead in national politics in the future. The court said, there was no political party in Biswajit. She was unarmed and innocent. Biswajit died in the fierce attack of the attackers, even though the killings were not planned. Although
Biswajit's body was mentioned in several cases of testimony and video
image, the inquest into the case, the autopsy report was a mere blow. However, there is no compromise with injuries in both reports. The
court said in its observation that an opaque or inaccurate
investigation may upset the society and prepare the field for such
crimes in society. As a result, it is necessary to investigate these two (inquisitive and autopsy) in the interest of justice. Those who have made inquiries and autopsy reports claim that they are negligent or neglected in performing their duties. The deputy attorney general said. Moniruzzaman said the court ordered that the investigation report
should be submitted to the IGP, whether it was negligent in the duty of
Sutrapur Police Station Sub-Inspector Jahidul Huq to inquire about
Biswajit's body.In this case, the deputy attorney general of the state, Najibur
Rahman, told reporters after the verdict that they will take the
decision after hearing the full verdict whether the verdict will be made
or not.The
