Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister arrives in Dhaka on Sunday

Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Zahid Hamidi is coming to Dhaka on a two-day 'working tour' This is his first visit to Bangladesh after taking office as Deputy Prime Minister. He will discuss the Rohingya crisis and export of manpower from Bangladesh to Malaysia.
Foreign Ministry Secretary (bilateral) Kamrul Ahsan and Bangladesh High Commissioner to Malaysia Shahidul Islam will welcome Ahmed Hamid Zahid at the airport on 9am. There is no official program throughout the day. The statement further said that this tour will further strengthen relations between Bangladesh and Malaysia. This is not just bilateral cooperation; Rather, relations will be strengthened in regional and international cooperation.
